Mr. Licari graduated from Mesabi East High School in 1998, earned his
B.A. in Political Science at the University of Minnesota (Twin Cities)
in 2002, and was awarded his J.D. with numerous honors from the Thomas
M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan, in 2005. He has completed
continuing legal education in the areas of real estate, family law,
practice management, estate planning and employment investigations.
Mr. Licari remained committed to the Iron Range area where he grew up
throughout the course of his education. Upon graduation from law school
in 2005, he joined Colosimo, Patchin, Kearney & Brunfelt, Ltd. where he
had worked as a summer law clerk while attending law school. “There’s a
wealth of knowledge and experience at this firm,” said Licari. “I’m
fortunate in that the other attorneys of the firm are willing to share
their knowledge and experience with me, which not only helps me become a
better lawyer, but helps my clients as well.”
He is also very active in the community, serving on the Board of
Directors with the Laurentian Chamber of Commerce since 2008 and as a
member of the Board of Directors of the Mesabi Humane Society from 2007
to 2009. He also coached Youth Hockey for Mesabi East in 2006 and 2007.
Mr. Licari is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association and
Iron Range Bar Association.
