  • Over 20 years of experience as City Prosecutor for several Northern Minnesota communities; currently serving the communities of Virginia, Eveleth, Aurora, Hoyt Lakes, Cook, Babbitt and Buhl.
  • Substantial experience in municipal law including current service as City Attorney for Aurora and town of White, Minnesota.

Mr. Kearney provides guidance in matters related to elder law, estate planning, and real estate transactions.

Mr. Kearney began his career as a public school teacher in Park Rapids, Minnesota, where he taught for three years prior to going on to law school.
