John Mark Colosimo
John Mark Colosimo was born in Virginia, MN. In 1942, admitted to the Minnesota Bar in 1972, and the North Dakota Bar in 1982. He graduated from Bemidji State University in 1964, and spent several years as a high school teacher before going on to law school. He graduated from William Mitchell College of Law in 1972.

Mr. Colosimo is one of the founding partners of the law firm, and is the senior and managing partner.

He is certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the Civil Trial Certification Counsel of the Minnesota State Bar Association, and as a Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Mr. Colosimo was given a "Super Lawyer" designation by Minnesota Law & Politics in the areas of personal injury litigation, insurance defense litigation, school law and employment litigation.

He is a member of the Minnesota State and American Bar Associations, Minnesota Defense Lawyers Association, Minnesota Trial Lawyers Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Minnesota School Board Association Council of School Attorneys and the National School Board Association Council of School Attorneys.

Mr. Colosimo's areas of practice include: insurance law, insurance defense, personal injury and wrongful death litigation, products liability, and liquor liability litigation, employment litigation, school law, municipal law and appellate practice and procedure.
