Mike was born in Fairmont, Minnesota in 1951. He was admitted to the Minnesota Bar in 1976. He graduated from the University of Minnesota with a B.S.B with high distinction in 1973 and a J.D. cum laude in 1976.

Mike is a member of the Range and Minnesota State Bar Associations.

Mike's areas of practice include: Residential and Commercial Real Estate Law, Wills and Probate Law, and Small Business Corporations Law.
